At the moment, I'm taking Herbalife Omega-3 Fatty acid & Multi Vitamins. I know its silly but should I take the 2 pills together, or take the vitamins first then the Omega3 ??
Will it make a difference??

yes take the omega3 first because it'll suck up the vitamins, taking them both means that the vitamins extract faster and would dissolve faster even if you take it first, trust me

Neither is good. You are supposed to eat food. Buy a pound of ground flaxseed for $5. It contains fiber and lots of nutrients in foods. It is very high in omega-3 fatty acids which helps depression according site below. Get vitamin D from sunlight.

But there are only 90 minerals and a dozen vitamins. But there are thousands of phytochemicals in foods. See site below to see what they can do for you. Lycopene and reverstrol (the good ingredient that is in red wine) are phytochemicals. The reverstrol is also in grapes and grape juice but saying it is red wine makes it OK to give wine to your little kids.

flax seed is good, but hemp seed has even more omega 3 fatty acids.

you can find it on organic websites or even some local organic food stores.

but to answer your question, it is probably best to take your omega 3's with your breakfast so you have the whole day to use them and the fat they have in them, and take your vitamins after lunch.
