help me on this, please?

It this girl I like, which she knows, that is very attractive. I, on the other hand, isn't that good looking, based on past searchings for love. Me and the girl talks on the phone and have a great time. When we are to together, I have her laughing and smiling, which She enjoys. I wanna know how can i get her to be mine without running her away? what shouldn't I do? Do u think I have a chance with all the other guys in her face? Do love conquers looks? At what point?
