I guess it book on how to work your ab to lose wieght and get the abs you want. Please i want serious answer.

Some of the hardest and most painfull workouts are unfortunatly the ab work outs. Crunches and running (yes running) tone it up nicely.

With Abs you need to tone first before you build the muscle. It is not like your arms or legs. So start out with cardio work outs to tone your muscles. Then do the wieght training. After a couple weeks you can mix the 2 and you should see nice results.

So week 1 - 3 cardio days (jogging, most DVD's)
Week 2- 4 days cardio
week 3 - 3 days cardio 2 weight training (crunches, lifting heavy wieghts while tightening your stomach muscles.)

Don't forget to give your body rest at least 2 days a week though or you will tear or overwork your muscles.

exercise your abs off!! walk, and buy some arobic dvd's
