I've been depressed for a very long time now and i cant stop the eating I've tried everything what should i do??

I started taking a diet supplement called Lipodrene. It has helped my appetite a lot, because I had a problem with binge eating a few months ago which caused me to gain almost 20 pounds.

If you don't want to take pills, try to really restrain yourself. Eat grains and vegetables, never go grocery shopping on an empty stomach, and eat slowly and drink lots of water! Good luck!

Well if you are home alot try to limit your stay at home. When you are at home you are more likely to go get a snack and sometimes you might eat just for the action and not even think about it. Try going for a walk instead of watching TV. My point is find things to do that make it harder to eat. Don't do crazy diets because no one can keep them for ever and as soon as you stop you would gain the weight back. Also what works for some people is writing down when your are eating and what. It might make you realize you are not really hungry.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

i would, START TRAINING.
training brings up the level of serotonin in your body.
serotonin is what makes us feel happy,proud and more confident.
to loose body weight, you have to eat at least 6 small meals a day.
to have a smaller appetite, drink a cup of water before your meal.
after 6pm, stop eating carbs. No pasta, rice, bread, sugar, dairy products.
so basically, just protein and vegetables or salad after six pm.
trust me, you will loose body weight but, remember...
physical well being is, mental well being also.

If it is really serious, join a nutrition plan like Jenny Creig or Nutrasystem that gives you all the food you are supposed to eat. If not so serious simply burn off more cals. then you take in! Consult nutritionist or even a pyscatrist for depression.

you don't have to stop the eating, divide it into 5 to 6 small meals (small meals.....)
that what i do, i never feel hungry and i include the exercise, it helps a lot for your body........

o yeh, cut out the junk food.......

take multivitamins...

if you dont have a certain amount of vitamins, you can get depressed, lose sleep, etc...and it also helps to stabalize your metabolism
