Castle in French is Chateau. If you wanted to say "Castle of Hope," the literal tranlation would be "Chateau d'espoir." Castle of Faith would be "Chateau de foi." Beauty's Castle would be "Chateau de la beauté."
La Belle Vie is an option, meaning "The Beautiful Life." Or perhaps Le Jardin Secret, "The Secret Garden." "Le Papillon" is the Butterfly. You could do something like that.
If you're totally out of ideas, you could do Chez ______. It's kind of like ________'s Place. For example, Chez Pierre. Not that creative but a common name nonetheless.
Hope that helps.
