It took longrer than a week to gain the unwanted weight so plan to cut out the junk food, increase your exercise period and drink plenty of water. Shutting down your kidneys is no way to lose a few ounces. Gatorade is ok but don't drink to excess. Plain water is best. The colder the better. Takes more calories to digest cold water than warm.
Slowly increase the exercise time and decrease the meal time.

Gatorade is okay, but it's almost too much for regular living. It's made for athletes. They make it with electrolytes, you don't need those unless you've just finished a marathon. I'd mix it with 1/4 or 1/2 water, that's what I do and it makes you feel really good. You might not like the watered down taste, though, I like it it's pretty good. :)

Your best bet would definitely be the Gatorade Propel since regular Gatorade has about 15 grams of sugar in 8 oz. which is not good. goodluck

Gatorade tends to have a lot of sugar in it. It's a healthy drink, but it's intended for athletes who are burning off a lot of energy.
Instead, try drinking plain water or light juice. Don't drink soda because it's bad for your teeth and your weight. If you want a very low calorie drink that has good flavor, try drinking the Crystal Light stuff. you just add it to bottled water to add flavor but no calories.

If you are in the Gatorade, it all depends on how deep it is and if you can drink yer way out.
I'd say if you are in too deep, you won't have to worry about a diet anymore.

Gatorade isn't really an inactive kind of drink. It is designed for replenishing the loss water and nutrients due to sweating. While it isn't really bad for you, it's not better for you than water. It is, however, obviously better than soda though.

It really doesn't matter what you drink. If you are on a diet like that you will only lose the weight and gain it right back once you start eating real food again. Be smart and eat smart. Don't crash and burn.

No. Gatorade has sugar in it (I think). Cut all sugar from your diet to help you lose weight.

only if you consume mass quantities of gatorade and do not work out. Just let the sugar sit in your stomach and absorb into your system. Eventually it will convert into stored fat.
