Add cardio to your workout and maintain your calorie intake. Do at least 45 minutes of cardio a day, 4-5 days a week. This way you will lose fat but gain some muscle, and this way you will maintain weight but lose body fat.

15-20 minutes jogging, 15-20 minutes biking, and 10-20 minutes stairstepper will lose fat all over your body. Running is best for losing weight around your stomach because it forces all the major muscles in your body to work hard. Also, add 150-300 situps to your daily regimen. Good luck!!

Basically, to maintain your weight but get leaner, your goal is to change your body composition. This means you need in increase your lean body mass, while reducing your fat percentage. Lifting weights is your best bet to change your body composition. You should concentrate on compound movements such as squat, deadlift, bench press, pull-up (or pull downs) 2-3 x a week to increase your lean body mass. High Intensity Interval Training should also be included 2-3 x a week to reduce body fat. This will increase your resting metabolic rate and lean body mass while reducing fat, thus maintaining near the same weight while looking much leaner. Long cardio sessions are catabolic, so add very little if any muscle at all.

I would exercise. Spend about an hour every day doing some kinda of medium to high intensity cardio, for instance jogging, running, biking, stair climbing or a sport (you could join a local sports club or dance club).

Keeping good posture is a simple way to strengthen your abs too, when you hunch your back is unsupported. You abs are what support your back and without them it would collapse, so always sit up straight (not unaturally) and try not to slouch.
