and becuase my house has no insulation it is 35.5 in the house.

APPLE FLOAT
1 cup chilled apple nectar/ juice
1 cup chilled soda
1 scoop fresh vanilla icecream

Put the soda & nectar into a glass & put the scoop on top...Have immedietly

STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
1 glass chilled milk
2 spoons sugar
1 cup fresh strawberrys
ice

Dissolve sugar in milk. Grind the strawberries in a food processor until they are a fine translucent pulp. add the milk to the processor for another 3-5 seconds.... Top with halved strawberry & ice...have it right away.

FRESH LIME SODA
I glass chilled soda
juice of half a lime-- it should be really fresh
I-2 spoons sugar'
ice

Mix all ingredientsuntil sugar dissolves & then drink...u can use cold water instead of soda if u like.

LEMON TEA
Boil tea leaves in water with sugar. Squeeze a fresh lemon into it & add a spoon of honey & then chill it in the fridge.


HEALTHY
Just drink a glass of really cold water.. it helps
A glass of plain chilled milk can be very tasty too

non alcoholic mojito

Take a few sprigs of mint and bruise them in your glass
add some lemon juice and a good spoon of sugar. Mix well
add a few icecubes and fill the glass with sparkling water

For the original recipe just add some rum to the mixture

I make a lemon concentrate out of lemon juice, zest, sugar and water, then use it as a base for lots of cold drinks. It's good with iced mint tea, seven-up, water, booze, or blended with ice. Plus, try freezing pieces of fresh pineapple. Very refreshing!

nothing to beat fresh lime with water salt and sugar. or any other fresh juice wth ice is just fine carbonated drinks are bad for teeth. try the indian lassi.... take curd/yoghurt in your mixer add sugar and ice churn it add required water to make a glass of lassi. most refreshing and cooling in summers 2 tablespoons of curd for 1 glass lassi
