i just scarfed down a piece of pizza and a bagel and now i feel guilty for eating all of it. What should i do or What is a way to keep from eating all of that?

forgive yourself for being human and start again. also you can drink a couple of glasses of water and that will help you digest it quicker

You're just adding insult to injury by feeling guilty. If you enjoyed the pizza and the bagel, just savor the taste and stop at that. Don't think about it anymore.
If you feel that guilty, go for a 2-mile walk or run, that should burn the calories you just took in.
Next time drink plenty of water before you start eating something sinful. The feeling of fullness will keep you from overeating.

Are you over weight? If are not you might have a eating disorder if you think eating foods like a bagel is bad. Your punishment for breaking your diet is to take a jog around your area until you break a sweat. Eating food is not bad. Eat too much and sitting around the house all day is.

That is not a lot. Remember it could have been more. If you are watching calories and this is just my guess, one time doesn't make a failure. Try and keep only low calorie, but yet healthy foods around. If you slip then it won't be so bad. It is much more likely you will not slip as often if you know it is Ok to have a special treat from time to time, in moderation. Best wishes just don't overdue the dieting.

don't feel guilty. its just food. why would you feel guilty in the first place? its not the end of the world. do a little exercise later if you feel that this was a little too many calories. don't beat yourself up over a slice of pizza. just keep trying to eat healthy. everyone gets off the band wagon once in a while.

Drink a big glass or 2 of ice cold water before eating. Also brushing your teeth + flossing beforemakes some foods taste kinda 'off'.

Take small bites of food and chew it slowly. Drink water or diet soda with your food so that you will eat slower and feel fuller.

Your body takes 15-20 minutes to register feelings of fullness, so if you eat fast you are more likely to eat more than you really need!

Just try to eat slower, and try to only put as much food on your plate as you know you won't feel guilty to eat. Good luck hun, and if you're really worried, just add 15-20 min to your workout tomorrow!

Now, why in the world would you feel guilty, Did you steal if from starving children? and ate it infront of them?

when you go out to eat, try eating something lighter before your main course, like a salad or light appetizer. Then you'll eat less!
