The tape was burnt any solutions in recovery the information would be greatly appreciated. Is there some type of material or something that can attach the misconfigured piece back for the tape to start running again? Thanks to ALL in this serious matter and God Bless You!!!

Do you mean burnt, as in fire? Or did you record over it? If the tape has been burned by fire, it is nearly impossible to recover the tape's contents. If you recorded over something, it's definitely impossible to get that back, but you should be able to -re-record over the recording. Good luck.

You will have to splice the tape to remove the burnt section.
You can buy splicing kits or just do this very carefully:
Open up the case (if the case has screws - if not you will have to break open the case and rehouse the tape in another case when you have spliced it)
Carefully remove the tape and check it's condition - it may have melted into a lump in which case you are stuffed - if not isolate the burnt section, cut it out and stick a small piece if tape on the back of the two remaining tape ends - try to keep it as straight as possible otherwise it won't travel well when winding on the tape transport.
Obviously you will never get the burnt bit back into playable condition - that's a 'given'.
Put it back into the case and away you go....
If you are struggling with this get in touch with a tape specialist:

or equivalent if you are not UK-based.
Just to finish off, be VERY CAREFUL if you have not done this before, you could end up with masses of unwound tape around your feet..make sure you always know which way round the tape should be and ..... be very ..... CAREFUL, don't touch the tape where you don't have to.
In response to your added detail - I really feel the burnt section will be non-recoverable, but you could try putting thin sticky tape/ scotch tape behind the damaged tape as reinforcement - you really should copy the tape immediately the first time you play it when it's 'repaired' as it may never play again, and honestly....it's never going to sound like it did originally.

Sorry, but i dont think theres really a way to restore a burn(ed) cassette tape. just depends how bad it is.put the tape in and TRY to play it, it MIGHT work. maybe not. My cousin burned one of the cassette tapes, and it was only slightly burned so it was still playable.Good Luck!!!
