Yes there is free will in heaven. Jehovah could have killed Satan versus allowing him and his followers to rebel. Those who remained in heaven with him have free will, but their loyalty and love for Jehovah stands the tests of time.
Satan once challenged Jehovah in heaven over the nature of Job's love for Jehovah. -Job-
"...and the Serpent and his followers were cast down from heaven..." -Revelations-
Some are not well versed in the bible so they make statements of what they feel versus what is found in the bible. Hence the so called contradictions.

Yes,all the spiritual sons of God were given free will. All of Jehovah's intelligent creations was given free will.It was as a result of misusing his free will and allowing his desire for worship that rightly belonged to God,that enticed the angel that became Satan and Devil to rebell against and disobey his Heavenly Father.
It was also why so many angels forsook their heavenly places and came to earth before the flood of Noahs Day.
They too misused their free will and allowed temptation and desire to lead them into sin and disobedience.
Satan and all those demons who chose to site with him have since been thrown out of Heaven to the earth's vicinity.(Rev.12:9)They are all now in line for eternal destruction.

Yep. Their is a material heaven and an eternal heaven. In the material heaven souls misuse their free will. When there good karma is burned off, they fall back to the earth planet or lower (to hell) if their karma is really bad. Then the cycle just keeps repeating itself. In the eternal Heaven if they have already been through the billions of lifetimes in material world they don' come back here. They have learned their lesson. One falls to the material world from the eternal abode at the moment they envy Gods position. (they want to be the lord of all they survey and He says knock yourself out. And we do.)

I am only aware of God's will. Otherwise your presumption is correct and heaven will not be heaven but be transformed into hell. So only the pure in heart goes to heaven.

Since there is no sin here, there is no sin in heaven. There is lots of evil here, like murder. It is not evil to eat shrimp or be homosexual.
Some people believe that we can cook and eat and have sex on the other side. Now, that is really heaven.

so many christian afraid to give you a straight answer, but i will give you one.
no free will in heaven. so no one have a capable to commit sin.
everyone in heaven will only be able to do the will of God.
and people who dont want to do His will were already sent to Hell.
then how God so cruel to do that?
It's judged by our own act in earth, If we live in earth for our own pleasure and dont want to do His will, then Im sure you not gonna like the idea of living in Heaven. and there is only one more place left then.
