No it can't. If you're girlfriend is still bleeding, it could be do to a multiple of things. You're too big, she's not wet enough, she's allergic to latex, you're being to rough, etc. Most of these would not require a trip to the doctor, but to be on the safe side you may want to in case she's allergic to latex or has a lubrication problem. Both can be fixed by just using a few extra things.

no. the other answers are right. But...
I had sex... cherry popped, then I didn't have sex for 3 years. the next time It was super tight and I bled some.
As long as it's not excessive bleeding and it stops after one day, I wouldn't worry about it. If it lasts longer, go see a physician.
ALWAYS practice safe sex :)

It has been known for a hymen to partially heal over in some cases, but it is a very rare medical condition and is extremely unusual...but it HAS happened.

no, once the hymen is broke that's it. If she is bleeding after sex than she needs to see her physician.
