revise ithe lesson again and again.make some code of your own to learn science.learn your lessons by writing.apart from this you must sleep ,eat on time.take some exercise that is good for your mental as well as physical health.take at least 6 almonds everyday for your memory.before going to bed try to remember all the events happened since morning.its a process which enables one to strengthen his memory.

Get enough sleep.

Turn off the TV/stereo/other racket

avoid interruptions (no phone calls, family members interrupting you to chat)

Take some quiet time to settle your thoughts.
