Im going out with friends this weekend. Im a beer drinker, and have cut it out since i started my diet. What else can i drink?

Any alcohol will have calories. If you want the best bang for your buck go with a liquor you would like on the rocks or possible mix the same with diet soda. Vodka mixes great with many things.

Rum and Diet Coke or Diet Cranberry and Vodka since you are a girl. Anything in moderation and you should be fine as long as you have a balanced diet and are active. So dance off whatever you drink! =)

I'd say dont worry about it, you'll be at a festival and the last thing you'll want to worry about is your weight Just aim on losing weight before you go and for the coupel of days you'll be away just eat and drink what you like just dont go crazy

Hmm. beer , makes a beer belly ... Wine is okay dosent make a wine belly lol but eat before you drink , that way you can drink more ... or try light beers :) lke that bud light stuff

whiskey with mineral water, you can add a bit of orange juice
light beers are not beers
