WoW... an amazing idea.. I would really like that... atleast 4 a short flight...would be amazing to watch the outside world and enjoy ur ride..wat say?
n if you don like being watched by people maybe you can have those one way glasses that lets u see the outside but not from the other way around..hehe

Most of the time you're above the clouds. There's no one to see you, and you can't see anything either. The transparency only makes a difference during take-off and landing, and even then it has to be slow enough for people on the ground to see.
