It seem like certain people find it really strange or surprising if someone actually does something right or does something their actually supposed to do and they're like "Oh that's ok you don't have to pretend with us". You know, a lot of times, doing the right thing isn't that hard. Try it sometime.

im going throught thatright now with the insurance companies.
not going into detail but i was involved in an automobile accident dec 23, last year
the insurance companies are doubting that im as hurt as i say i am

I think it boils down to thier own security (or lack thereof!). Insecure people have a very hard time accepting someone elses success, happiness or wisdom. Sad, huh? You arent alone; insecure people drive me nuts, also, if I allow them to.

Seriously,
When you said you did something. They say "yeah right"
and when they try to see if your'e lying and start staring at you.
You can't help but laugh and then they say " See! You're laughing"
That always pisses me off

What is making these people think this way? Have you lied to them before, or have you betrayed them? You should talk to them and let them know that people change, you also have to give them time to change their attitude towards you. Best of luck!

It is obnoxious. I once had a co-worker who made comments like that. It almost made me wonder whether or not she respected me as a person.
