Cooking Light Magazine has a great series of cookbooks of their 'Dinner Tonight' recipes. Each can be prepared in 30 minutes or less and the instructions are pretty easy. My favorite part is that they usually give you an entire meal plan with a suggested order for preparation so that everything finishes hot and on time.

I like to use www.epicurious.com. This site searches for recipes from Gourmet Magazine, Food & Wine Magazine and many others. There is a user rating system for the recipes and the online culinary dictionary really comes in handy.
