Could be, but could be lots of other things too, anything to food allergies(allergies can develope after eating the same food for a long period of time), to stress, to any number of conditions and/or diseases( megaesophagus, sensitive stomach, and many many more). Hopefully she is too old for megaesophagus.
Other food allergy symptions include scratching alot, licking of paws, diarrhea. Diarrhea is more often seen with food allergies than vomiting.
You should definitely see your vet for peace of mind. Hopefully it will pass.
If she continues, or developes diarrhea, stops eating, becomes lethargic or depressed, or seems uncomfortable-see you vet right away.

Ok.. Let me clarify a few things. Food Allergies manifest in many various ways and yes puking is one of them.
Is your dog puking up food? Or just puking? If the dog is only puking when food is in its stomach then yes it could be food allergy.
However, you really should go see the VET asap. There are many reasons why a dog would be puking and many have very little to do with food.
Dogs aren't good communicators, much like babies. You kinda have to meet them half-way. The best way to do this when a dog is ill, is to take it to the vet.
Btw, puking is also a sign that the dog is in pain.. a birth defect such as hip dysplacia might be the culprit.
But go see the Vet.

Try a top of the line dog food like Nutro Ultra, which is the only food I feed my Poodles. Also, try stirring a dollop of plain yogurt into her food as the acidolphilus has a very calming effect on the digestive system. The Nutro Ultra is a little pricey but let's face it, a min-pin doesn't eat enough to change your life-style!

food allergies usually come in the form of scratching, hives, or dry skin. There just may be something in the food that doesnt agree with her. I would try switching to a healthy formula, easily digestible food. Look into purina or iams.. they are usually pretty gentle on the stomach and most likely make a type of food labeled for just that.

that is not an allergy if its the food at all its an intolerance.. sounds however like something outside of food so take it to the vets.
