What can be done about TIA's that are caused by vasospasms?? Migraines and Raynaud's are also an issue. I have been treated for each individually, but no one thing seems to help with all. Anything I can do to prevent it all and make it go away??

I have never been given an explaination for what causes the vasospasm and constriction in the first place. Any ideas? The Migraines emerged at age 10, the TIA's at 25 and the Raynaud's at 27. I will be 31 soon. What's next?

Hi Mama Tee

Search for answers by looking outside of the medical field. They're are hundreds of methods to heal the body of any issue and drugs only surpress the issue (not heal it). Most disease issues are internal because the blood has toxins. The system needs to be cleansed (colon and liver especially).

Cleansing the body is a method Ive seen done many times with success and it doesn't matter how old you are. Must remove the toxins in the blood. One strategy is detoxifying with herbs, water, and juice fasting. One must educate himself on the subjects Ive mentioned and there are plenty of good cleansing techniques out there. Here are a few websites and their programs I recommend.

“Benjamin Franklin - "The best of all medicines are rest and fasting

You must rid of the toxins in the body! Take control of your health and you'll have control on your destiny. I could go on and on here, but educating yourself on self-healing is a freedom I cant explain.

Click on my name an email me if you like. Ill be happy to assist.

Best of health to you

You have a combination of things that could be caused by one underlying problem, or you could have several unrelated conditions. This is not the sort of thing that can be readily diagnosed without going to an advanced clinic where they can systematically evaluate possible causes.

If there is one thing causing all three conditions, the underlying cause would most likely be neurological because all three problems could be caused by a single neurological problem. Vasoconstriction, alone, cannot account for all three problems because vasoconstriction is unlikely to be a cause of migraines.

If you set aside the migraines and consider them a separate issue, the TIA and Raynauds are ultimately the result of inadequate blood flow. Things that could cause inadequate blood flow are numerous: several blood disorders; inadequate blood volume pumped from heart due to congenital problem or low pulse rate; and vasoconstriction. Vasoconstriction causes high blood pressure, while the heart problems cause low blood pressure, so blood pressure should narrow down these problems.

Vasoconstriction or reduced venous flow can occur through at least six pathways: (1) problems with endocrine system (hormones regulating vascular tissue); (2) problems with nerve tissues in the veins; (3) hardening of the arteries; (4) build-up of plaque; (5) clotting, and (6) inflammation of the veins. A physician would need to runs a variety of tests to determine which of these pathways are causing the problem. Problem #1 is either over- or under-production of hormones from a variety of causes. Problems #2, #4, and #6 can be caused by autoimmune diseases. Problems # 3 and #4 are mostly related to cholesterol and exercise. Problem #5 can be caused by several blood disorders. Problem #6 can also be caused by allergies.

If you really want to get to the root of this problem, you might consider having your doctor set up an evaluation with a place like the Mayo Clinic.
