I love drinking water, but I'm confused on how to drink the cleanest and most pure water.

Some people say that tap water is fine
Some people say that bottled water is best
Some people warn about drinking out of plastic bottles because the plastic leaches into food with the bottles are left in a hot delivery truck
Some people suggest buying that water faucet attachment that filters water
Some people suggest buying those special water pitchers with filers

Could someone help me determine what the safest and most clean and healthy water source is please?

Even rain water is not 100% pure as it comes into contact with airborne pollutants.

I'd say not to worry about it too much...all clean water is fine to drink and will do you no harm.. and remember, some parts of the world dont have the luxury of it.

Tap water is water from the sink, but you shouldn't drink it all the time, just occasionally because there are organisms in the water. I say bottled water is the best. It's fresh, its always clean and you have the liquid in a container. However you might not always want to buy them. The water faucet attachement sounds good too but it seems like a lot of money. In any case, always drink water.

Tap water depends on where - not all places are equal.
Plastic bottles really are a major pollution issue but judge your tap water first. Are there floaters in it ?
If yours is OK, use it . . . If not, buy the gallon bottles of spring water that has been ozone treated.
Beyond that don't over stress about it .

Drink the water that tastes the best to you. A lot of the bottled water is just filtered tap water anyway.

If you want to know what's in your water take a sample to you county extension agent's office and have them test it. You can find your local agent's info in the yellow pages.

buy a brita filter and use tap water-tap water had fluoride in it and is good for your teeth. in London, the people there all have really bad teeth because their tap water has no fluoride.
