I went to a private homemade shop that made thier own (on site icecream) Cakes. They also worked with me to help me to go with my daughters theme. (She loves the Orient on everything.)
They even took it up a notch and spelled out Happy Birthday in Japanese. It was a beautiful cake of bonazi trees and rocks made of crushed up heath bars for that oriental garden look. I took he to a japanese steak house . She cried :)

I would suggest searching best icecream cake on google.com. I have always had baskin robins and they are pretty good. =]
