if a girl keeps asking a guy if he has a condom on, and she's in a lot of pain as well ..will the guy ask her if she wants him to take the condom off so she can see what it feels like for 2 seconds?

no way and if you are in pain then there is something wrong --- it should not be painful ---- if there is not enough natural lubricant then you need more foreplay or more lubricant (artificial)
