Get her to a vet NOW. You didn't specify how long ago her second litter was. I'm assuming real recent? There is a chance that there is another kitten that won't come out. If you can't get to a vet until morning. Put her in a "comfort zone" a small area, closet, carrier. Put her and maybe one kitten with her. rub DOWN her stomach GENTLY, see if you feel anything. Keep her as relaxed as posible. Get help ASAP.

First you need to get her to a vet and while she is there you need to have her spayed.

You'd go crazy too if you went through that. Poor little thing didn't even have time to have her system normalize before she had to deliver again. Letting her run around and having to birth two litters within a few months is cruel.
