I'm a nurse. They are called skin tags. It's nothing to worry about and they are easily removed in a clinic, schedule an appointment. Take care.

i think possibly its the first stage of a brown mole. IF HOWEVER THEY GET DARK/BLACK SEE A SKIN DOCTOR QUICKLY.
