I am NOT looking for one of the basic ones from somewhere like Best Buy, Target, Circuit City, Walmart, etc. I'm also not looking to spend an arm and a leg. Perhaps a discount furniture store? Maybe a website? I live in Chicago, should any others close by see this :)

You didn't mention a price range so I don't know what you mean by "not looking to spend an arm and a leg." You also didn't mention what type of furniture you like, but I love Yield House furniture. Do a search for Yield House and see who carries it. I have had more complements on our furniture that is Yield House than anything else in the house, and it has lasted without warping or coming apart for over 20 years. You won't regret saving until you can get what you want.

You may be supprised , but most video rental stores have TVs and Stands at the back . Look around town for little furniture shops or as I said Video rental places .Ikea has some descent furniture , check it out , very wide selection.

i understand this guy down in Chino Hills he often has like each and every this furnishings out less than between the bypasses on the Pomona constrained-access highway. We offered a settee and some tables from him some months decrease back. i'm able to't rember his call I both Hector or Remo... solid deals, often there on the weekends. He has a truck and often brings it out the subsequent day in case you want.

You can get nice tV stands at any department store. I got mine at Wal-mart and I give $20.00 for it. Its real nice.
