Hair typically grows faster in the warmer months. People tend to be more active when it's warmer and this helps.
Although, people with a good balance of diet and exercise seem to experience a more steady growth despite the weather.
Hairs experience different stages of growth. Some hairs are in the resting phase and some are just starting. Keeping the scalp in good condition gaurentees hair will be at it's best at all times.

i think it grows about one-half inch per month regardless of what season it is.
