even with the vitamins and good life style, exercise and moderate alcohol. depression and tiredness seem the main problems

liver disease will cause other organs to work harder, thus in turn causing fatigue. when the liver is damaged, it works harder to filter the toxins out of the body. the toxins eventually build up in the body, passing the blood brain barrier and causing cns disease, ie, depression.

if you have liver disease you should not be consuming red meat, certain greens or other foods containing iron and this goes for vitamins as well. find one without iron.

Alcohol is the worst thing you can do with liver disease. It will enhance the damage at a much faster rate. Alcohol is a toxin!

Last but not least, other diseases can go hand in hand with liver disease. Please get tested for HCV-do not rely on a standard liver panel either as the ALT and AST levels flucuate or can even appear normal-always test for actual disease.
