long term use will cause a shut down of the brains ability to ever be or feel "normal" without cocaine. Long term use may cause permanent biological drug addiction.
Cocaine can also damage the livers ability to detoxify your blood, and reduce the production of crucial enzymes needed for normal body functions.
Long term coke use also can result in a loss of interest in sex, decreased sexual performance and a rick of impotence and infertility. All this and you can wreck your family, lose your job, and go to prison!!!!!

I think the long term effect of cocaine use would be someone not having much of a brain left. Wait a minute, anyone who uses cocaine can't have too much of a brain to start with, if the brain doesn't fail, perhaps the body will in some way. There are much better ways to feel good, one being, try donating some time to a worthwhile charitable organization, i've found the high i get from helping the disabled to be one of the best highs a person could truly experience. Tell who ever is doing the cocaine to stop, enjoy life as its handed to you, make a difference in somebody else's life, it's truly a positive attitude and a fullfilling high.

crack is wack, dont smoke crack, it breaks your back blat blat your brain goes splat splat on the pavement........................Long-tem cocaine effects are noticeable as cocaine abuse continues and tolerance builds. Since cocaine is a highly addictive drug, it can lead to major medical complications and health problems. Some of the these complications include heart disease, heart attacks, respiratory failure, strokes, seizures, and gastrointestinal problems. Other physical symptoms include convulsions, nausea, blurred vision, chest pain, fever, muscle spasms, and coma. Other long-term cocaine effects include:
Addiction
Paranoia
Irritability
Restlessness
Auditory hallucinations
Mood disturbances
With continued use, many cocaine addicts develop a higher tolerance for the drug over time. Addicts are also said to "chase the high"; meaning they continue to use cocaine seeking the feeling they felt the first time they used it. For people addicted to cocaine and cocaine effects, this high will never again be felt in the same way, and this addiction can lead to insanity and death.

Death seems to be the popular answer but i beg to differ. There are
those that have been cocaine users since the 80's and they are very much so alive. In and out of rehabs for decades.

Depends who it is used and how often and how much. Abuse from snorting includes deviated septum and lots of bloody noses. Smoking may lead to pleurisy. Shooting will lead to vein collapse and infections. All of them will lead to high blood pressure, accelerated heart rate etc. Most dangerously all types of use in the US could lead to jail and a lifetime of unemployment and underployment and hassles by the government and its agencies. Ridiculous reaction but boys and girls its the law.

like everyone else said... death. however in the short term (relatively) cocaine will destroy the mucus membranes in you nose, forcing you to carry around a handkerchief the rest of your life because you will be unable to hold mucus in your nose, brain damage in various parts of your brain, suseptability to throat virius' lung damage because you lack the mucus that filters the air, trouble running, difficulty breathing during the cold. basically its really bad for you and i encourage you to stop
