Hell NO !!! If he is checking out his ex,than apperently he's not over her,the way I look at it is,if I'm not the one he wants to check out,than he doesnt deserve me.Let him go be with his ex,there are plenty of other guy's that are probably checking u out !!!

In my opinion it is never right to check anyone out. Especially if they now have a girlfriend/wife. Its a complete disrespect to you. I think you should bring it up with him. Watch his reaction if he is REALLY defensive he probably is hiding more than you know.
