I met my wife in a bar - coincidence. I took her out for breakfast afterwards. She ordered French toast. I remember her looking at me while chewing with her mouth open, but the smile on her face melted my heart. She was huggable (didn't push me away), dressed decent - none of this kid crap, and asked Me about me.

I prefer a girl that is capable of handling things, that is she doesn't get lost, she can figure things out on her own or by reading instructions. I don't like helpless girls, they are a drain after awhile. A sense of humor is a must, being able to take a joke and also being able to give as good as they get too. I like strong personalities, but that's me.

I like a girl to laugh at my jokes, who cares for me as much as I care about her and to be warm and friendly and accepting. All of those traits are what are most important, I feel, in a serious relationship.

Personality and energy. Her ability to make others feel comfortable around her and vise versa. The great girl next door type.

personality - confident but not arrogant, friendly but not flirty, humorous, strong but not stubborn, a bit athletic, intelligent, intellectual and in control of herself.
what else is important? hate to say it, but looks.
A balance of looks plus those traits would represent the perfect woman for me.

A sense of humor and playfulness. Smart and worldly. A vegetarian shows she is compassionate about all living beings and is a real plus!

Hygiene is very important; so is an ability to listen and not talk all the time.
Please no "muffins." You know, when your belly fat rolls over the top of your jeans. Guys don't like that.
