Me and my boyfriend are planning a wedding, we're discussing different dates, halls, guest lists....etc. I was talking to his sister about it, but when I mentioned I was going to tell my bestfriend in Alberta, he said no don't tell anyone.??? Whats up with that, I dunno if its because I don't have an engagement ring but I told him I don't need one, we have a 8 month old son, and the money would be better spent on things he needs.?? It's almost like he's ashamed :(

Perhaps he's just getting a bit scared and nervous about getting married and when u tell sum1 it seems more cemented in his mind that hes definitely about to get married
Just be patient with him and sort all the wedding plans out some more then spread the good news =)
