Try clear plastic wrap over the toilet bowl... make sure you put it on tight and preferably late in the evening, when they are prone to wake up and go pee...

If he is afraid of spider a good one is to take some of that fake spider web stuff and take it string by sting and tape it from one side of the hallway to the other and when he walks through it, it will get all over his face and freek him out.

If your brother has a car that he really likes and takes care of all the time a good thing to do is if he leaves to go to a restaraunt, movie, or something like that find out where he is going and after he goes inside write a letter and put it under his windshield wiper and write on it "Sorry for the dent" or something along those lines and watch him walk around his car trying to figure out where it is.

Another classic is to glue some form of money coins work the best to a floor and watch him try and get them up off of the floor. See how intent he gets on getting the money.

One last one really quick is to find out what girls that he likes in school or elsewhere get ahold of them somehow. A good way is to borrow his phone or just find out their phone numbers wherever he might have them written down while he is away and tell them something really bad about him whether it is true or not. Tell them he has really bad athletes foot or, warts all over his feet, or acne all over his butt or back, or a tiny D**k. Some of these end up working out really well. Last year on April Fools' Day I told my two boys we were having a new dessert, one I heard about on the Discovery Channel. It was a healthy alternative right from the garden. I went outside and pretended to dig up dirt and worms, and then proceeded to make a dish of dirt for each of them and myself. They were so grossed out at first until they realized my "dirt cake" was made with chocolate pudding, chocolate cake, oreos and gummy worms.
