WASHINGTON - The first of up to 20,000 additional U.S. troops will move into Iraq by month's end under President Bush's new war plan, a senior defense official said Tuesday. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi pledged to hold a vote on the increase, which many Democrats oppose. Bush stated we must win in Iraq at all cost and if that means more troops die then that's the price America is willing to pay. Bush stated we will not lose on his watch.

Hate to break it to ya but the Congress doesn't decide whether more troops go or not, the Prez does. And that's any President not just the current one. Congress can revoke him in 90 days but in 2002 the Congress gave Bush a free hand on it.

What does this mean, "lose"? What will Bush lose? Why is it losing to go home? Go home and take all your tanks and hummers and airplanes and bombs with you. Thank you very much. We will fight it out among ourselves now, just like America did in their own civil war.
