but alas, where in the bible are the laws of thermodynamics written? is it yet another example of something men came up with that is not included in the supposed bood of everything by god? surely if thermodynamics were the best way to prove god he would have written them down somewhere. instead we get a flat earth [1], rain and hail kept in storehouses in the sky [2] and animals that give birth to spotted and striped offspring due to rods in front of which they had sex. [3] that is practically the opposite of a well thought out thermodynamics argument. just like man created the age of accountability, the age of consent in marriage, most of our ethics, we also created the idea of thermodynamics.

Have you entered the storehouses of the snow, or have you seen the storehouses of the hail?

it's a miracle.

go to sleep first responder... you obviously have nothing to add.

here's the reference for the striped beasts.

Genesis 30:37-39
Then Jacob took fresh rods of poplar and almond and plane, and peeled white streaks in them, exposing the white of the rods. He set the rods which he had peeled in front of the flocks in the runnels, that is, the watering troughs, where the flocks came to drink. And since they bred when they came to drink, the flocks bred in front of the rods and so the flocks brought forth striped, speckled, and spotted.

"So complex that it requires design."

MAINWORRY, you've used this copy/paste bit elsewhere. what exactly is so complex that it requires a design. isn't your own eye created by your genes? did your genes "design" your eye? oh, something "designed" your genes. then what "designed" the designer? only the designer requires no design, yes? well then why can't we say that the "irreducibly complex" universe ALSO required no designer?

They will tell you that the god only revealed to them what could be understood by them at the time and since now we understand more God reveals more to us. I would argue against that because God could quite easily have infused Adam with the understanding of the universe completely eradicating the need for learning. Our exponentially increasing understanding of our surroundings serves no religious purpose. Learning serves no purpose in religion. If God is true and man was created in Gods image then do we assume that God is learning? A learning god is not a god because it is not omniscient. I'm sorry to tell the Christians this but we have evolved past their god. I just wish the Christians would stop trying to load upgrades into it.

it was written in genesis where the lord out god said "Let thur be thermodynamics" and in a bright brilliant fission/fusion explosion there was light.

Yeah, I think that we can safely give the point to science for thermodynamics :-)
