need a sugar free non-refridgerated dessert i can make or buy for a hospitality room. thanks

I'm no cook but try any recipe and replace the sugar with Splenda. It tastes just as good so it should do the job.

Ingredients
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 unsweetened chocolate squares (1ounce each) melted and cooled
1/2 cup sugar substitute (aspartame sweetener)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped pecans


Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, chocolate, sweetener and vanilla until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into 8-inch square baking pan lined with foil. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled.

Yield: 16 servings

whatever you do Do not use splenda,(it actually HAS suger in it)

You can look at grocery stores. they usually offer sugar free jello that you could buy for a hospital room. They also have other sugar free items for sale
