We don't know for sure who wrote these books. Perhaps Moses dictated what he received from God, but he wrote none. Writing was delegated to the priests. Mozes's brother--Aaron was the first priest and his sons followed him.
Books of the Torah
1. Genesis
2. Exodus
3. Leviticus
4. Numbers
5. Deuteronomy
Since the age of the books differs as per vikipedia articles, copied below, Mozes could not dictate all of the books--he lived 120 years not 5 centuries, nor ten centuries.
"A traditional strain of scholarship (the "biblical maximalists") would assign portions of the Pentateuch (generally, the J author) to the period of the United Monarchy in the 10th century BC, would date Deuteronomy and the Deuteronomic history to the time of King Josiah, and that the final form of the Torah was due to a redactor in exilic or postexilic times (6th century BC).
Nevi'im
The date of its composition was perhaps some time between 561 BC, the date of the last chapter (2 Kings 25), when Jehoiachin was released from captivity by Evil-merodach, and 538 BC, the date of the decree of deliverance by Cyrus the Great."

this question has been asked for (actually) 1000's of years. the respond is, Moses did not write the 5 books that are ascribed to him, he in simple terms took dictation from God, and wrote what he replaced into informed to place in writing. The sages of Israel recommend that, while the Torah says, "Moses replaced into the main humble guy," if Moses had objected approximately writing that he himself replaced into the main humble guy in the international, God in simple terms could have mentioned, "Write what I certainly have informed you to place in writing. do not upload a letter, do not do away with a letter, do not substitute a letter."
