I bought a thermometer by internet 3 month ago at a company called "Yardac". They charged it into my credit card but they didn't send it. Thought I called them many times.

I would call your credit card company and let them know you'd like to dispute the charges, send the company a registered letter letting them know that you have not received the item and you're not going to pay for it, report them to the better business bureau.
