Am I the only one that doesn't put sugar in my coffee when im drinking it while eating something sweet?

You're not nuts! I normally decrease the sweetener in my coffee depending on how sweet my snack is.

I dont drink coffee but My mom still put sugar in coffee when she having a cake or any snack!!

Do what makes your taste buds happy, dont follow protocol, you know drink and foods should compliment one another, I think black coffee with cake or a little cream with my coffee while eating something sweet is great. Food and drink should compliment one another, I cant say it enough.

I would love to cut on my sugar intake, but simply can't drink coffee without it...Usually I have 1 teaspoon per cup, even if I'm having a cake...

coffee tastes too bitter to me so I always but sugar in it.

nope i always add my splenda and i drink coffee all day long .
and i like the flavored creamers
