well depending on what shes does i would just say ignore her because most irratating things people do is to get attention. It might seem mean but you can also tell her to stop whatever she is doing because its annoying! haha sometimes that might make the person do it even more so i would recommend the ignoring first then if that doesnt work... let her know! best of luck to you =)

Try and tell her to leave you alone, and you don't want to be friends with her. She may just need a friend. How irritating is she?

Go to extreame opposite of her behaviour, that may drive her away. If you weird her out I'm pretty sure she'll try to avoid you.
