my BF and i hang out a lot and we like to go out and have fun doing random things but it's really cold right now and sometimes it's rainy, also he's saving money for a new car and im saving for tuition. what's something we can do that's just the two of us and not very expensive? and i don't mean the normal stuff like movies, mini golf, bowling, or any of that. done it all.
yes we're sexually active and a lot of those idea are intriguing, thanks for the tips ;-) but i mean things we can do when we're stuck in our parents' houses for the night and siblings may or may not be present.

i do like the idea of the no under pants idea it worked for me even with others in the house it makes it more fun cause only you and him know :), but other wise have a bath together and put candles up without the lights on my girl friend loves it when i setup the bathroom with candelas i don't mind it either it gives you time to get away from every thing and just be with each other its also good cause its cold outside and your warm and cosy lying with your partner talking and maybe a little slow S-e-x it great with the candles you will have fun if you do do that

Stay home! Just the two of you!
Start out with a good movie. Bake cookies together. Cuddle, talk and do whatever! Try new things.
A REALLY FUN GAME is TWISTER! turn up the music and go crazy! just have fun at home. a good relationship isn't just MONEY.. just as long as you have each other. May sound cheesy, but it's true!

Go dance in the rain and get all cold and wet. then come inside and warm each other up.
Dress up and go somewhere, it doesn't matter where.
Once I took my girlfriend on a walk down to this gazebo overlooking a river at night. On our way down there I had my parents drive down ahead of us and set up a table with a candle in the middle, two wine glasses, and a bottle of sparkling cider(we don't drink). I had them set up a stereo with Josh Groban music playing so we could drink the cider and dance in the moonlight.
Bundle up and lay on a rooftop and watch the stars.
Drive in movies.
Write each other poems and read them to one another.
Anything and everything.

Tease him - short skirt and no underwear - then you can play the most mindless games or do the dumbest things for hours and he'll be amused like a puppy with a new bone, plus you can have fun driving him up the wall.

Try creating something together (i.e. cooking or painting). Even if it's something you might not normally enjoy, it'll surprise you to see how much fun it is to be creative together. Plus, if the siblings are around, they can join in as well.
