I don't know where you live, but why don't you visit Hispanic grocery stores. Perhaps dining out at a Mexican restaurant, where most likely, the waitresses are all Hispanic. You might even consider going to a night club where Spanish music is playing. If you have any guy or gal Hispanic friends, maybe they can introduce you to one of their relatives, who can potentially turn our your Latina companion.
You shouldn't have any problems locating a Latin girlfriend. We Hispanics are all over the place.

Well. Consider the fact that latinos in general tend to get angry very easily. It's called the latino fever - and it's a killer. Say what you want, but I've dealt with it first hand of many occasions. Otherwise, go to Florida or go out to clubs, there are always a few roaming.

Get to know some Latin girls, and enjoy their company, let them get to know you. When you feel like you wanna ....ask them out on a date. Easy!!! (why limit yourself to Latin girls - there are loads of lovely girls out there!!!)

learn to speack spanish and look for girls that speak spanish and have laeitn parents. or go to Latin America.
