At 15 my brother was 5"2". At 19 he was 6'. Boys don't stop growing until they are about 19. There is nothing you can do to change your height, nature has to take it's course.
If it's any consolation, in high school there was this little guy sat behind me in homeroom. We were the same height (I'm 5'2"). At our 10 year reunion, this same little guy was a tall, dark and handsome hunk.

If you haven't hit puberty yet, you will definitely get taller. Growth cycles are different for all people, but almost everyone shoots up during puberty.

I kept growing right up until midway my college year. Some people say you stop growing at 17 and some say up until 23. It's all debate-able. In my case I was just a late bloomer and unusually short for my age until college.
