possibly a medical supply place, a camping store, a truckstop store, just a few ideas. you may also consult with your doc before going and see if there is an alternative to the meds - OR if the meds are generally okay without a cooler. If you are by water - the water temp is usually cool too... I found some backpacks at the link below that have a cooler built in. click on it and it should take you there... good luck
