He sounds like he's just a normal, stupid, half empty guy. You will only find a man who's smart enough to pretend to be emotionally available. That whole terminology came from a woman, anyway. I'm not trying to be mean, I just am giving you the truth. He hasn't learned yet how important it is to listen and be understanding. And he is probably to immature to know how to fulfill your needs totally. Any boy can have sex. Even if he doesn't REALLY care, it wouldn't bother you if he'd just act like he does.

Well nobody's perfect. If your guy have a problem ... talk it about it slowly ... if that does not help ... the best way to solve this problem is not breaking up but to stay away from him for a couple of days... and soon he will realize that what he has been missing ....

Wow. Marry him, he already sounds like a husband (emotionally unavailable).

Explain to him how you feel, and if he doesnt change....find someone who fits the bill. I know exactly how you feel and if he's not putting in the same amount of effort you are, you deserve better.

I'd find a new boyfriend. You're obviously not getting what you need from him so why are you wasting your time?

what you do is say "goodbye".
if he's only 'emotional' while he's getting his rocks off, then there's no emotional connection there.

It isn't much fun, but you can keep seeing him, and maybe in ten yrs. he will be yours.
