I don't think it's normal, but I also think many people go through the same issue. But I don't think any of us are really "normal". Everyone has some kind of issue.

If you feel like people are going to leave you, then you probably have some issues with abandonment. Might be caused by a parent or someone important leaving you earlier in life.

As far as feeling as if you're being watched or feeling like people might gang up on you...that's just a feeling of being an outsider and self-consciousness.

My opinion is, if this is having a negative impact on your life, it's definitely worth seeing a psychiatrist and getting some medication if they think you need it.

Ignore the stigma about seeing a psychiatrist or psychologtist. Anyone who still thinks only crazy people seek mental help are stuck in the 1950s.

Good luck.

You have a feeling that is more common that you think! It often is based upon you basic need to be loved and not alone.

The problem can sometimes get worse, because we begin thinking about everything and anything about our life, because we spent too much time looking into our self and not seeing and enjoying the world around us.

Many different feelings and ideas can stem from such a problem. If you can deal with it and work it out that would be good, if not, seek professional person to help you. You should first try talking to your minister, rabbi, or priest. If that does not help seek a behavior scientist. They are trained in helping people with basic problems such as this.

Don't let it continue for a long time, it will just keep bugging and messing up your chances to have a fun and rewarding life.

You need someone to talk to, this is not a good way to go around feeling. If you can't afford a therapist then try a pastor. You need to remember that you are as good as anyone else on this planet and you have as much right to be here as the next person. Your self confidence seems very low. If you need someone to talk to feel free to email me. Best Wishes!

I'm guessing you have been abandoned by very important people in your life! It also sounds like you have been put down a lot as well! But either way you need to reconstruct yourself and find your true worth! Because you definitely have self-esteem issues!
These feelings are normal for someone who has gone through what I'm assuming you have gone through! Don't allow those things to tear you down use them to build strength and character!

definately not normal to constantly think about it. im kinda like that and its kind of affected me with being social with people. i regret that im like it but i was bullied most of my schooling up until sophomore year. get some counseling it might help it might not. just find a few friends and stick with the one on one or with two other people at a time. you should be fine then.

I think you need to discuss this with your Md. These are thoughts that should not be ignore. Possibly, taking a anti depressant and some therapy would fix ya right up. good luck. And..by the way..that is not normal.

What kind of people are you hanging out with that your left feeling this way? I try to surround myself with people I can trust and that help me feel good when I'm down. Thats what friends are for and vise versa. If your crowd makes you feel that way then I suggest finding a new one.

Someone somewhere abandoned you and broke a piece of you off. Everyone is not going to do that to you. Tell yourself that every day. In the immortal words of Michael Jackson:

"One bad apple don't spoil the whole bunch, girl"

Go talk to a professional about this. Things have obviously happened to you in the past.

Yup. It's normal. ANd things probably arent gonna change. What i would do if i were you is start doing some sort of drug that calms you down. I like drinking and weed... you might wanna try heroin or something.
