Tofu is nasty.

There are many ways for a vegetarian to get protein without using that nasty crap.

I really like it; especially when marinated in Malaysian or Thai sauce... I'm not a vegetarian, but try to eat lots of different foods and tofu is a great protein source for my summer salads...

Tofu has gotten a bad wrap which is undeserved.

Tofu is one of my favorite foods. It is very versatile, it's flavor is light enough that it works well with just about any flavor, and the flavor that it have is wonderful.

It is wonderful as a source of protein for vegetarians, but you don't have to be a vegetarian to enjoy it. I can attest to this.

it's made of soy and tofu ice cream is so yummy, tofu added as a filler in any dish is good cause it just takes on the flavor of what it's near. What's not to love, it's healthy and doesn't scream while being harvested

I don't mind it.....I substitute it for meat during the week, and then we eat fish on the weekends. Healthier than a big hunk of beef, for sure. It's nasty when it's mushy.....I fry it a bit to crisp it up before adding it to any of my meals.
It tends to take on the flavour of whatever it's in, it doesn't have a very distinctive taste at all. I always marinate it overnight, which makes it really good.

Tofu tastes a little like what is mixed with it. I don't hate it, but I am not thrilled to eat it.

I like silken tofu. It's very smooth. It goes well in Chinese soups and for steamboat.

I'm not a big fan. It's all right but nothing wonderful and while it is a good source of protein I heard that you don't get that much calcium from it because it is so processed. My husband says it is garbage.

I like it, but it must be cooked right.

My kids love it in the shake and bake mix instead of chicken.

it's good in miso soup, but i prefer the silken kind over the firm. i have had it sauteed in a frying pan but did not care for the flavor very much.
