Absolutely not. Religion has nothing to do with race. A person is a racist if and only if he uses skin color or ethnic group as a means to hate others.
You could call angry at certain cultures ignorant. However, even that is not always true. Sometimes people hate another culture or religion when they find out the truth about it.
BTW, I don't really have a point.

Cultures are one thing. Religions are another. If the religion is impinging on your rights, you can protest. If you move to their culture, then there are ways you can influence it, but your impact would be minimal. Cultures change by interacting with other cultures, not with one individual from that culture.
What would you say about someone who was angry about Western culture? How would brand them? "Stupid?" Is that any more or less insulting than being called a racist?

Racism means accepting the concept of races (groups of human beings that are genetically similar in external appearance) as ways to judge individuals. It might be a negative stereotype or a positive sterotype. The point is judging someone only as a member of a race, not as an individual. The moral issue aside, it is just bad logic. Suppose tests indicate that group A is better at math than group B. That does not mean that a particular member of group A is necessarily better at math than a particular member of group B. In fact the best mathematician of all might be in group B.
Religion is very different than race. No one has any control over what race they are. Everyone (in a truly free society) has a choice over their religion or lack thereof. You might be born Asian or Caucasian but you are not born a Buddhist or a Christian. Even if you are indoctrinated into those religions against your wishes, you have the ability at some point in your life to examine that religion and reject it.
Also being a member of a particular race does not imply any particular value system or behavioral tendencies at an individual level, but being a member of a particular religion does imply acceptance of a value system and a belief in certain behaviors.
So if I meet a Korean it is bad logic to assume anything about his beliefs (because of his race) but if I meet a Christian it seems a valid assumption that he feels he is favored over all human beings who do not happen to believe what he believes.

well, if you are discriminating against religion, no. technically you should not be called a racist.
you should be called a bigot, a creep, and a person not open to other religions or thoughts different from yours. assuming you have insulted other religions repeditavely.
if it was just a one time, impulsive act of rage, you should be forgiven and it should be forgotten. whether it will or not, who knows.
