I'm more an agnostic. I think that God is possible, but not provable. There is no verifiable evidence for the existence or non-existence of God, so I can't be certain. A theologian named Henri Nouwen once suggested that, since we cannot know, we must live in the question.
There are probably people who are certain of the existence of God, but I'm not among them. I wish them well, and am certain that such certainty gives them great comfort.
I suspect, however, that some of those who claim to be certain have doubts that they have no wish to confront.

Why does someone who blindly follows a faith need an atheist justification? It's the atheists that need the proof not you. Has an atheist ever questioned you how 100% sure you are?
I'm pretty certain I'd wadger my afterlife on it. Really do you expect people to throw text books of knowledge at you? It's like asking for the volume of maybe 10 bibles. If you're exspecting a piece of cake answer you're not going to get it. Seek truth and that doesn't include only what suffices your belief.
We all have to challege everything. Most atheists do not choose to be so out of spite but, reason.

I'm not even certain 100% that you have brown hair. i can say that i am sure there is no god. if he existed then all those who sought him over the last however many years would have found him. but instead they all came up with different gods. some were many faced, some had heavens, some didn't... some produced reincarnation... etc. if god existed then there would be ONE expression of him on earth, instead, we have thousands. now then, i'm not 100% sure even as much as i'm not 100% sure that you are a cartoon. i can't even tell my friend that you exist. i can only assume. just as religious zealots can only assume the god their parents pushed on them is the true god. if not, why would muslim extremists blow themselves up? all the while white christians go to church and teach bible study and claim to have more faith in their god than the muslim extremist does in theirs. interesting.

I cannot be 100% certain, but I don't claim to be. I don't say "there is no God". I say that I don't believe that God exists, and there is a difference.

No, i'm not 100% certain. There's no way to be 100% certain. I don't even think i'm 90% because there really is no way to be sure or not

I would say about 99.999 % I would rate the probability of gods only slightly lower than the likelihood of finding a genie in a lamp.
The reasons for assigning such a low probability to gods are numerous, not the least of which is due to the fact that one cannot explain the origin of complexity by postulating a prior greater complexity.

I'm a weak atheist, which means that I do not believe that a god/s exist. There is not enough evidence to support such an extraordinary claim.
In truth, no one can be 100% sure that anything "unreal" doesn't exist. Do you believe in faeries? How about Zeus? Probably not, but you haven't experienced every single possibility in the entire universe. There just isn't enough evidence to you, according to your experience, that they exist. So you say that they do not. That's how atheists feel about all deities.

The universe has always been around, it was never created. If it was never created, then god doesn't have a job to do.
