you should give your baby a bottle if still hungry. don't let it lay there in the crib, you'll have to pay for thier teeth in later years to come. start weening into a sip cup, start off with lunch time, make it special, then work your way to making it at every meal, etc...
usually at the age where they can feed themselves is a good time.

the baby should be off the bottle at 1 year old and taken away at night as soon as possible most infants eventually sleep through the night anyway so they shouldnt need it

i don't think there is a age i have three girls and each one was diff but about one to thirteen months, each of them got a sipper cup so the bottle kind of disappeared
but then again have a look at what they are eating do they eat a lot of yogurt cheese then decide if the milk is needed in the diet still .

At one year of age try to wean your child to a sippie cup. Never leave a baby with a bottle in a crib when they sleep, it can cause dental decay.

you determine that by how you well you think the child will adjust, but, we all will agree that 2-3 year old is to old to be sucking a bottle.

your baby will let you know. however, as for night feedings.. if your baby has teeth, take the bottle away now. make sure they have a good dinner, and maybe just give them a binky for the night.
