Yes, I just shave it off. Human beings are mammals, and part of being a mammal is having hair (even if it is fine, and unnoticable) all over the body. It would be weird if someone DIDN'T have hair on their toes (like alopecia)

for some people it's normal to have hair on fingers and toes just as it is on arms. I had a few that shaved mine or plucked.
If there's a lot of extra hair on a female she may have what's known as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS. It indicates a hormone imbalance and can be treated by a doctor.

I'm a cosmetologist and have done a lot of waxing your body is covered with tiny haires I've waxed hair everywhere on the body including toes and finger knuckles on women it's completly normel

tell your friend that it is very common you can shave your toes. Some people wax the hair off their toes.

Well as a guy I have little bit of hair on mine, not really noticeable. But I have guys from the Marshal Islands who have big bushes of hair on the top their feet. In truth every one has hair on their toes, and everything else for that mater, but I know your referring to actual visible hair. I am sorry to say even a female friend of mine here is in agency with me that we both have never heard of a girl with hair on her toes. Sorry buy a razor and I don't mean a cell phone.

Tell your friend ;) its normal to have hair on your toes! but don't shave it of what ever you do or you will make it worse, you can get hair remover or there is special bleaching creams you can by but tell her not to be worried it is normal! ;)

Yes. I just shave mine off with a razor while I'm in the shower. I also have to do my knuckles too. We tend to grow hair almost everywhere. Your not alone.

Yep...hairy toes and knuckles...just not as hairy as men (unless it's a hormonal thing and then you have LOTS of unwanted hair).

Yes, you have hair everywhere on your body except your hand and the bottom of your feet.
